Customs Duties and Taxes

  • If goods are shipped outside Hong Kong, you will be deemed the importer by the local jurisdiction and may be required to pay additional fees, various taxes, or register/apply for import permits for the goods at the destination.

  • These charges and documentation requirements depend on the laws of the destination country. We cannot control or predict the amount of such fees and assume no legal responsibility for these payments or import procedures. If you have questions about import duties or regulations in your country, please contact local customs authorities.

  • Local customs may inspect your order, potentially causing delivery delays. We cannot interfere with customs procedures, and processing times are unpredictable. We will not be held responsible for any delays or losses resulting from such inspections.

  • By completing your order, you agree to accept responsibility for all additional fees, taxes, and import documentation related to the shipment of purchased goods.

Additional Notes

  • To prevent damage during transit, we ensure all goods are inspected before dispatch and use protective fillers to reinforce packaging.

  • To protect both parties' interests, please record the entire unboxing process on video (starting from the sealed, intact outer box).

  • Video evidence is required for any product issues. Retain all packaging materials (including cartons and external wrappers) and notify us within three days. Late reports will not be processed.

  • For delays/losses/damage caused during transit, we will seek compensation from the logistics provider. Maximum compensation per order is HKD$2,000. Final compensation terms depend on actual circumstances and the logistics company's policy.

  • Delivery addresses are strictly as provided by customers. No compensation will be given for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • Delivery services may be suspended/delayed due to weather, traffic, regional factors, etc. Rescheduled delivery times will not be separately notified.

  • If goods are returned due to your failure to fulfill responsibilities stated herein, we will deduct relevant shipping fees (outbound/return), handling fees, and a 10% order processing fee before refunding the balance. Refunds are processed only after successful return of goods. No refunds will be issued for missing items during return transit.

  • As payment of duties/taxes/import permits involves destination countries' import laws, we must declare the actual product value. Some countries require shipping documents (including itemized value) to be attached externally for customs clearance. Therefore, we cannot adjust declared values on customs documents under any circumstances.

  • Confirmed orders cannot be modified or canceled. We prepare and dispatch orders immediately after confirmation. Last-minute changes to confirmed orders may cause logistical discrepancies affecting delivery. We therefore cannot cancel or alter confirmed orders. Thank you for your understanding.
