Order cutoff every Monday & Thursday, shipments dispatched on Tuesday & Friday. You will receive an automated email with the parcel tracking number.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time: 10 business days. Actual delivery speed is subject to the logistics tracking system.

Important Notes
- Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs, except for designated duty-free regions.
- To comply with Taiwan Customs' import requirements, all goods must be declared under a real-name identity. If you have not yet registered for the "EZ WAY 易利委" app, your shipment may be confiscated or returned by customs. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the recipient.
- To protect your rights, record the entire unboxing process on video (starting from the intact, unopened outer box).
- For any product issues, the video recording will serve as evidence. Retain all packaging materials (including boxes and outer wrappers) and notify us within 3 days. Claims beyond this period will not be accepted.
- No compensation will be provided for incomplete/incorrect delivery addresses.
- Final compensation terms depend on actual circumstances and logistics company policies.
