If the value exceeds this limit, the items must be split into two separate packages and shipped on different dates.
Delivery Details
Order cutoff every Monday & Thursday, shipments dispatched on Tuesday & Friday. You will receive an automated email with the parcel tracking number.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time: 10 business days. Actual delivery speed is subject to the logistics tracking system.
If the delivery address includes a mailroom or is a standalone house, packages may be placed at the entrance/doorstep.

Important Notes
- To protect your rights, record the entire unboxing process on video (starting from the intact, unopened outer box).
- For any product issues, the video recording will serve as evidence. Retain all packaging materials (including boxes and outer wrappers) and notify us within 3 days. Claims beyond this period will not be accepted.
- No compensation will be provided for incomplete/incorrect delivery addresses.
- Final compensation terms depend on actual circumstances and logistics company policies.
